Ordering and Payment

Our online store is open 24/7.  You will receive a confirmation email after the order has been received and follow up emails with shipment information when it becomes available. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.  We reserve the right to make prices corrections due to human error or website errors at any time.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship via UPS, Freight and sometimes USPS

Your cupola(s) will arrive in 3 pieces - base, center and top. It is the customers responsibility to assemble the cupola. 

Most of our products shipped within 2-4 weeks or sooner. The exceptions are some of our larger cupolas which can take up to 8 weeks. You will be notified of any delay in shipment. 

International Customers are responsible for paying all Duties, Taxes and Tariffs that may be imposed by their own countries. 



Return Policy

30-Day Money Back Guarantee - Return your product within 30 days for a refund of purchase price minus the shipping cost. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

All cupolas sizes 48" and larger are custom made to order and non-returnable.

When a product is returned after 30 days and less then 90 days in the original packaging we will issue a store credit for the amount – minus the shipping cost. After 90 days - no returns or store credit authorized.

Original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges and repairs.

Refund will be applied to the original purchasing credit card or in the form of store credit.

Refunds will usually be posted to the original purchasing credit card within 72 hours.

If your product is damaged during shipping - notify us within 3-5 business days to arrange for pick-up. Product must be in original packaging material and original condition.

If you are missing an item from your purchase - notify us within 3-5 business days to arrange for a replacement part.

Please do not return items COD. No COD packages will be accepted.

A returned product missing a part or not in the original condition - will be charged a fee to replace the part.

20% restocking fee may be charged.

Special shipping note: Refusing to accept a delivery of a product that has been ordered by a customer will automatically result in the loss of the shipping charge and a return shipping charge will be added to the cost. In addition a 20% restocking fee will be accessed.
