Here at the Weathervane Factory, we stand behind our craftsmanship with a 12-month warranty on all our handmade weathervanes, cupolas and other products on our web store. While we celebrate the unique charm of each piece, our commitment to quality means we will address any manufacturing defects that arise in the first year. Should you encounter an issue, simply reach out — we are a family-run business dedicated to customer satisfaction.
We do not cover acts of God on our weathervanes and cupolas, such as tornados, hurricanes or tree limbs.
We do not cover customer or builder mistakes such as dropping of weathervane or cupolas during installation, or faulty installation of our products.
